usability
It’s surprising that there wasn’t more talk about usability at the conference. It is my understanding that usability improvements will be a major part of Drupal 7. In addition, I think the usability of Views has been improved in version 2 - there is even a new SimpleViews module that makes is dead-simple to build, well…, simple views.
Then again, this was more of a “using Drupal now” conference rather than a “improving Drupal” conference. Regardless, I think it is safe to say that usability is a hot topic in the Drupal community right now.
